Bluesfest!

I know it's been a long time. I really am sorry. To be fair, I did spend a significant part of it worrying that I would never regain feeling in the lower half of my face after the wisdom teeth situation. I did, if you were wondering. I had to wear frozen peas strapped to my head with a net apparatus which tied on top of my head in a bow. I also couldn't speak. Needless to say, I seemed mentally deficient in every sense of the words.
THEN school started again and the shock was exhausted for everyone involved, especially as we were thrown a psychology test 4 days in. I should be a superhero: Cramgirl! She can stay up very late memorising useless bits of information which she will forget afterwards! I might buy a cape.

Aaaand I promised to rant about Bluesfest, which I will!! It was absolutely amazing with a billion different creative and unbelievable talented acts. Favourites include:

Rosie Ledet. 

John Butler Trio. 

Maceo Parker.

Hat Fitz & Cara.

I also had a very strange encounter with a hilarious (and very drunk) guy who signed my arm.

So that was bluesfest. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a dose of the blues.
